These fixed flatbacks are one piece and are available in 18, 16 and 14gauge in a thread less style. 18G & 16g has a 3.2mm disk. 14G has 4mm disk.
Available in rose, yellow or white gold and in 1/32" of an inch increments.
18g is usual size for nostrils. 16g is used for cartilage like conch, tragus, flat, helix or forward helix.
